Shipping Policy

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. For pre-orders, custom orders and finishing, please allow 4-6 weeks for processing and shipping. An email will be sent to the email you provided with tracking information as soon as shipping label has been created. You will also receive an email when your order is out for delivery, and a final email once it has been delivered to the address you have provided. Please contact us if you receive an email saying that your order has been delivered but you have not received it.
