Mill Hill ~ 18 Count Perforated Paper 

Mill Hill Perforated Paper is a needlework paper. For stitching, use a size 24 or 26 tapestry needle with 3 strands of floss for 14 count. Use size 28 tapestry needle with 2 strands of floss for 18 count. Mill Hill Perforated Paper resists tearing but is easily cut using scissors or craft knife. Wrinkles can be removed using a warm iron.
